<p>Spotify has reintroduced its Playlist in a Bottle feature, a year after its initial launch on 5 January 2023. This unique tool allows users to create a musical time capsule by answering three song-inspired prompts, resulting in a personalised playlist that remains locked away for exactly 12 months.</p>
<p>If you participated last year, you can now retrieve your playlist, or if you missed out, you can create one for next year, to be unveiled only in 2025.</p>

<p>Creating your own time capsule is very simple. All you need to do is to answer a few questions to personalise your time capsule. Also, you&#8217;ll have to be subscribed to any Spotify plan to do this.</p>

<p>The process involves selecting songs based on interesting prompts, such as &#8220;a song you&#8217;d play for aliens if they visited Earth&#8221;, &#8220;a song you need to hear live in 2024&#8221;, and &#8220;a song you&#8217;d bring to a desert island&#8221;.</p>
<p>You can either randomise your choices or manually type in song titles. Spotify will then generate search results, and by pressing the + button, you can lock in your selections before moving on to the next prompt.</p>
