<p>In a <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener" href="https://www.facebook.com/KumanPictures/posts/pfbid0Q7qhZv3ApSoYoX8LejMZkebbFJuemxKDZLXaaRJxsFnzXH6LBE5hE7Ro4LRCAmykl">Facebook post</a> last Friday, 5 January, Kuman Pictures announced that they are holding <b>a screenwriting competition for an original horror/thriller screenplay set in Malaysia.</b></p>
<p>The contest is open to writers of any age, nationality, or level of experience, allowing anyone to participate.</p>
<p>In collaboration with production house Red Communications, they are looking for screenplays written in either Bahasa Melayu or English, with a preferred length ranging from﻿&nbsp;70 to 100 pages.</p>
<p>&#8220;The story must be in the horror or thriller genre. Not all horror movies need ghosts and not all thrillers need killings,&#8221; states one of the terms written in the post.</p>
