Dreaming of living the life in the heart of KL? Located at the centre of it all is TRX Residences, a stunning new residential project.
Part of the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) precinct, TRX Residences has emerged as a highly sought after development. This is not surprising since the opening of The Exchange TRX retail and TRX City Park has sparked so much hype and attention, with both continuing to be mainstays on social media.
TRX Residences is also seamlessly connected to both these amenities, while sharing the coveted KL address, making it extremely desirable for homebuyers and investors alike.
We caught up with Eric Chan, the Project Director of TRX Residences, to find out more about this soon-to-be-completed development. Here's what he said:

SAYS: What makes TRX Residences stand out from other residential developments in KL?
Eric: TRX Residences is a unique proposition for homebuyers who want to live in a vibrant, connected, and sustainable urban environment. It is seamlessly linked to the rest of the TRX precinct, which offers a variety of lifestyle, leisure, and entertainment options.
SAYS: How convenient is it to get to and from TRX Residences?
Eric: TRX Residences has unrivalled connectivity, whether you prefer to travel by public transport, car, or on foot. It is directly connected to the TRX MRT station, which is the only MRT interchange in KL, serving both the Kajang and Putrajaya lines. You can also access the SMART Tunnel and the Setiawangsa Pantai Expressway from TRX Residences, making it easy to drive to other parts of the city.
Alternatively, you can enjoy a stroll along the pedestrian walkways that link TRX to KLCC and Bukit Bintang, two of the most popular shopping and entertainment districts in KL.

SAYS: What are some of the things that TRX Residences residents can enjoy?
Eric: TRX Residences residents can enjoy a plethora of attractions and amenities within the TRX precinct, such as The Exchange TRX, the largest lifestyle destination in Malaysia, featuring over 500 retail, F&B, and entertainment outlets, including new brands, statement stores, and fantastic play areas.
They can also relax and unwind at the TRX City Park, a 10-acre rooftop park that offers a green oasis in the city, with various zones for different activities, such as wet play, climbing, and dining, as well as an urban forest, events lawn, water pond, and herb garden. The park also showcases Malaysia's history, geography, and culture through its design and features.

SAYS: Can you describe the living experience at TRX Residences?
Eric: TRX is all about connectivity, convenience, value, and sustainability. It is about masterplanned communities that offer experiences in comfortable and safe ways. No more traffic congestion or obstacles moving from one point to another. It is integrated and designed for all ages. Living at TRX Residences is about open green spaces and quality built homes.
A short 12-metre link bridge connects our facilities floor on Level 8 directly with the park and retail. Residents will navigate their contactless entries, facilities bookings, engagement with neighbours, receive promotions from the precinct and more through their TRX Residences Smart Community app, making life even more convenient.

SAYS: What can we expect from TRX Residences in the future?
Eric: We had our topping out event in September 2023, officiated by the Minister of Local Government Development, YB Nga Kor Ming. He was very happy with how TRX Residences is positively transforming KL, especially with its dedicated postcode of 55188.
We are expecting to complete this development in the second quarter of 2024 and have three more plots of land here in TRX. Our next plot is already well advanced in planning and will continue to deliver world class quality. Meanwhile, prime units are now available in our latest release in the current plot across all unit types.
