Recently launched on 16 January, the HONOR Magic V2 is the world's first foldable phone with a thickness of less than 1cm when folded.
Besides its slim, lightweight design, the innovative smartphone still manages to pack a 5,000mAh silicon carbon battery for exceptionally long battery life. The HONOR Magic V2 is also sturdy and able to withstand at least 400,000 folds, addressing any concerns regarding its durability.
Following its initial launch in China, the HONOR Magic V2 has already produced over a million units of the phone, and has become the top-selling foldable smartphone (25% market share) in the Chinese market, according to market analysis firm Omdia.

According to market intelligence firm IDC, slimness is one of the key purchasing factors for customers on the lookout for foldable smartphones, and the HONOR Magic V2 fits the bill.
In fact, HONOR's latest flagship breaks away from the conventional idea of "combining two screens into one", which is the case for most foldable smartphones. Instead, the HONOR Magic V2 splits the bar phone into two, making it extra slim — even slimmer than some standard smartphones when folded.

A major highlight of the HONOR Magic V2 is how it achieves an astonishing 4.7mm thickness when unfolded — this measurement is even thinner than a typical USB-C port! Besides that, the flagship smartphone uses cutting edge technologies like a silicon-carbon battery, risk-free dimming eye-care screen, and falcon capture camera.

The foldable smartphone has earned the SGS High Reliability Folding Quality Gold Standard Certification, and is capable of folding over 400,000 times.
Furthermore, the HONOR Magic V2's external screen uses the second generation nanocrystal glass, which offers 10 times stronger drop resistance* compared to regular glass. It is also certified with 5-Star Drop Resistance Certification from SGS.
*Data comes from the HONOR lab. The drop-resistant level is tested by comparing the second-generation nanocrystal glass with ordinary glass on carriers of the same weight.
