<p>Last week, the government announced that telecommunications companies would not impose additional fees on their subscribers who want to upgrade to 5G.</p>
<p>Now, MCMC will lend its support to the government to enforce this new ruling.﻿</p>

<p>5G network services now cover 80.2% of populated areas in Malaysia. The government is planning to introduce the transition from one wholesale network to a dual network later this month.</p>
